Our mission is to maintain the highest level of purity for soap and clothes detergent products for consumer use, and to help bring consumers back to loving the wholesomeness and benefits of using basic ingredients found in nature, and fundamentally available everywhere.
Through example and re-education we can change the way people view organic, pure home-made products and understand that the more pure a product is, the longer it lasts, the greater it works and the safer it is for our skin and our environment. The LaundryGal vision is three-fold; that anyone and everyone can make their own dish soap and clothes detergent at home, or buy similar locally at small businesses and farmer's markets, and thereby also help to keep their local businesses and economy thriving. The
LaundryGal brand and formulas were created and developed by Arizona
entrepreneur Husna Ali, who for some time had been searching for pure,
organic dish soaps and detergents containing minimal ingredients. After a
chance encounter at a local farmer's market with local artisans and
vendors she was encouraged to develop her own detergents. The LaundryGal
brand was born, and the rest is soap and detergent-making history. See

Per the LaundryGal Vision Statement, to help keep local businesses thriving, all LaundryGal ingredients are locally sourced at local retailers in Arizona (small businesses where possible). Additionally, all products are hand-made locally in LaundryGal's own Arizona home kitchen - this includes the entire manufacturing process - from soap production to finished packaged product. Going hand-in-hand with the LaundryGal mission and values, our
Detergent Gift bottles are recycled, or "upcycled" bottles which get a
second life use, and where possible, are refillable at participating
retailers. LaundryGal's packaging similarly follows a "waste not, want
not" philosophy, where household items are utilized to help design the
packaging - instead of ending up in the recycling bin.
